About

Laney Delaney is a videographer, photographer and writer from Alexandria, VA. They graduated from Lehigh University in 2020, and currently edit and produce two unscripted series for the Zebra Press' Z-TV Network, Living on Music with Steve Houk and Trash or Treasure with Monika Schiavo

While studying Journalism & Sociology at Lehigh, Laney hosted a weekly talk & music show on WLVR 91.3, and was selected by the station in their senior year to revive the long-running Prof Talks podcast, where they interviewed Lehigh professors.

They also appeared on the podcast Sorry We're Open, where they discussed internet culture and absurdist memes.

Laney fills their free time with comedy writing, drumming and birdwatching.

In 2019, Lehigh's University Productions chose them as the student opener for comedians the Lucas Brothers, and their tweets have been featured on multiple popular Instagram meme accounts.

On warm weekend mornings, Laney enjoys a meditative walk through the woods with their camera, scouring creeks and branches for migrating warblers.
